Genuine Garrett, upgrade Turbo mounting pedistal for the late 1994-1997, 7.3L turbochargers. This new pedistal is a direct, replacement turbocharger mounting pedistal that eleminates the troublesome electronic back pressure valve. This pedistal allows you to replace leaking, or failed E.B.P. pedistals or simply upgrade your turbo to a non-e.b.p. valve turbo.
