Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call 1-800-638-4679 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customized product, racing and competition parts, or product that has been abused may not be returned under any circumstances. All other products can be exchanged or refunded, based on your original method of payment, within 30 days of the original purchase. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories and manuals that was included with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form for shipment. Gillett Diesel Service Inc is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. In addition, all products are sold with the original manufacturer's warranty. Please note that warranty periods and services vary from manufacturer and product.

Core Charge Policy:

Some of our items have a refundable core charge. This includes items such as injection pumps, injectors, turbochargers, etc.

To receive full core credit, the core must be received within 90 days of the original purchase, be the same model and part number as what was purchased, and must be in rebuildable condition.
