Cummins / Dodge WH1 & HX35W Turbocharger High Spring Rate Wastegate Actuator. This 38 lb. spring rate, Upgrade Wastgate Actuator allows full wastegate control at elevated boost levels and prevents wastegate "blow off" that inevitably occurs when a stock, Holset actuator is heavily preloaded.

A "Must Have' upgrade for the stock 94-99 wastegated turbo or the upgrade, Holset 14cm2 wastegated turbine housing. This Actuator allows you to accurately control boost at pressures 30psi higher.
